Wow! I was LAZY today...just blahh...bummed for no reason. I accomplished nothing...not a good feeling. Stuck with diet all day and then at bedtime I am wide awake and searching for something to eat. These symptoms can only mean one thing...ewe! This too shall pass...just wish it didn't have munchies.

all night long i was picturing myself going to the local seasonal dairy bar and getting like 5 things...a milkshake, a rootbeer float, etc. etc.! so that means one thing for me, too....stupid TOM! i actually saw something on a show about addicts the other day...one guy said he has been sober for a year, and every single day he thinks, "i might go back to drinking, but i'll wait until tomorrow to see how i feel about it." he said, "and that has gotten me a year of tomorrows." so i told myself, "i can have a milkshake, but not until tomorrow." then hopefully tomorrow i will say it again... and before i know it, tom will be gone and hopefully i won't care anymore!

I want that last donut on my counter....But Ill wait till tomorrow. I love that! Today is a new day Steph. Lets both have a good report tonight okay. :-)

That is awesome! TOM...gonna use that ;o) Thanks cheeser ;o) I wish there were indicators on there like on facebook that someone leaves a comment. I am missing stuff :o( Kerry, throw those doughnuts out the window...lol
