When I was 16 I started writing a journal and still write today, Last year I put it all on line at www.unfamousme.com. So If you want to know everything about me that's a good place to go. In one short paragraph I am almost 37. I have been married since 2003 and have two children who are 13 years apart. After my first child I was able to lose all the weight, being only 20 was a perk in that sence. I was diagnosed with hypothyriodism in 2003 had my son in 2006 and put on nearly 60 pounds since the year 2000. 49 of it came from my last pregnancy where I weighed 212 when my son was born. About 2 months ago I was 206 and my son is now 3 years old! I struggle daily with this added weight and the constant need for bigger pants. I haven't worn a pair of jeans in seven months simply because I refuse to buy bigger ones. I want to get back into my old jeans. :-)

Everything is sooo confusing
I didn't cook much either until I bought some good cookwear. It makes a difference when you have the right tools to use while cooking. Don't know if that will help you to cook or not but it did me. Smile

Weight loss will not happen if your undereating too because your body sorta goes into starvation mode and will store everything it can. My cousin who is a dietition told me a 1200 calorie diet is really bad because you're simply not getting enough. So I try and keep mine around 1400. Another reason may be your workout has gotten somewhat boring for your body, change it up and I bet that helps as well. Good luck.

Is eating the same food every day bad for me?
I eat the same alot as well, seems the only thing I change daily is dinner. I change on weekends too when my family is home all day. Same is good for me cuz I know the calorie count, know how tomake it, its fast, and I like it. In my eyes, its perfectly fine to eat the same thing daily as long as your still getting the right amount of fiber, protein, etc. I also take a multi-vitamin. Which is always good no matter how good a person may eat, you never realy get enough vitamins from foods.
