Not sure where I post for questions yet. I want to double check with ya'll how you are supposed to measure inches. I am taking 19 measurements total. I've been tallying up the inches lost at each point. Never really messed with the tape measure before so I guess holler at me if my inch loss is looking bigger than it actually is ;o)

Also, for anyone who is doing Atkin's for health improvements I've seen a decrease in my blood pressure. Went for a check today and it was 112/84 down from 134???/90.

Diet Calendar Entries for 12 May 2010:
