NO EXCUSES!!!!! Today I am doing an egg fast. Sometimes that helps me break my sugar/carb addiction. *sigh*

Diet Calendar Entry for 21 August 2012:

What is an egg fast?? I might try too. It sounds appealing. You can do this, I know you can. I am cheering for you from my corner.

Thanks so much stone-chick!! An egg fast is just all eggs all day lol. It ends up being very low carb and low calorie, which is probably why it works. Sometimes I have lost 5 lbs in 2 days doing it. Today I had a couple of Atkins bars too so I am curious to see what happens!! The down side--you will be really tired of eggs! :-)
