I've had some minor health issues since joining this challenge, but even with all the interuptions on my exercise, have stuck to the diet, added in new things, and lost 4 lbs this week! I may have already logged it, but can't remember...LOL!
223.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 73.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
