it's entirely possibly that i'm hallucinating. but i think my pants fit better today. it's hard to tell though because most of my pants are low rise anyway and below my belly, but hey, i'll take feeling better anyway.
still haven't weighed in, will try to find a scale by the end of this week to have some idea of where i'm at.
my goal for the rest of this week is to add some simple things to my routine - pushups and situps in addition to my yoga classes and walking. i want to come up with something i do every morning that doesn't take long, and implement it. i just need to learn how to wake up and do it, i always choose sleep - but i think i'd feel better if i didn't.

Sounds like you are beginning to feel the wonderful benefits of Atkins. Good for you. I'm sure you are losing the pounds as well as inches. If you haven't done so yet, you should take measurements so you'll have something to compare to. Keep up the great work!
