Gained a pound this morning :( Probably time to step up the intermittent fasting
176.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1538 kcal Fat: 95.77g | Prot: 79.03g | Carb: 35.64g.   Breakfast: Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Turkey Breast Meat, Great Value Mixed Nuts, Fresh & Easy Pepper Jack Cheese Slice, Avocados, Mayonnaise. Dinner: Kroger Quarter Pound Beef Hamburger Patties, Onions (Chopped, with Salt, Frozen, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), Denny's Sliced Tomatoes (3 Slices), Food Lion Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Albertsons Heavy Whipping Cream. Snacks/Other: Simms Turkey Sausage Snack Sticks, Tito's Handmade Vodka. more...

you might also look over the past couple days of food log, but most times I find this just part of my weeks normal routine, water retention and it bouces back and forth. I don't chase it any more. It will balance out.
