Today was rough...gained a pound which pissed me off and for some reason I have just been wanting chocolate all day. That is weird for me because my go to treat is chips and salty snacks, pizza and fried food but I feel like my body is craving sugar. Just one of those days that I am tired of being on a diet and just want to do what I want. I did not blow it and I'm not going to but there is a little bit of feeling sorry for myself because I can't just be skinny going on. Also a little jealously because my hubs adefwebserver is absolutely killing it with his dedication and I am just kindof doing so so. So that is my cry baby post for today, tomorrow will be good, hubs bought me a membership to his gym and my first day will be tomorrow, haven't been to a gym in a very long time so hopefully I don't hurt myself :)

well you can certainly make a keto chocolate bomb to help with those days. and we all have them. great on the membership and take it easy it really takes time to safely build. I started slowly and gradually built up to more weight

Ghirardelli 92% dark is a good option. I only think about carbs (longingly) when I’m getting my cycle 😒

Your hubby is a beast!!! This is YOUR journey and you will be OK just keep going! We all have moments where we question what and why we are doing what we are doing. You will be just fine after moving your muscles.

Look for Lilly's sugar free chocolate. The Almond bar is my favorite. Also, cocoa nibs in your coffee can help with the chocolate craving.
