I found a great You Tube site for Keto recipes that is also really entertaining. If you haven't seen it check out "Headbangers Kitchen" entirely devoted to Keto foods and they look yummy! Also, the protein powder was a continued success for dinner, through some vodka in it and had a chocolate martini for dinner...
