I have been there. Weak ankles...ibu is good stuff. Be careful not to ice too much.

I am Thor, thanks for the reminder with the ice. Nice to know I’m not the only one with the weak ankle issues😜

Hang in there, heal first, recalculate your food needs, and you look like you've reached your goal regardless.

chrisw77 I have been reading up on how to help my elbow, and came across some exercises. I’m going to take down some more inflammation first and rest it, then start with light weights to build up the strength in my forearm. My wrist on this side is also weak.....I sound like a mess the more I share. Ugh, if it wasn’t for all of my issues I would be ripped by now lol🤣😭🙄.

chrisw77 glad to hear you’ve had success with strengthening!

Hello. Here is what I do for my patients that come to see me for rehab. Heat up area with a warm, damp wash cloth. Massage the muscle using easy, long strokes trying to work out any knots you might feel. Then stretch. Hold your arm out in front of you, palm down. Bend your wrist down and with the other hand push down on the hand increasing the stretch. Hold for 10-15 secs 2 or 3 times. https://myhealth.alberta.ca/Health/_layouts/15/healthwise/media/medical/hw/h9991357_006.jpg Always stretch before and after any exercise.

rajen4041 thank you for the link and the techniques you use with clients and taking the time to share🙂. Going to try it out tonight. I am really good about stretching before and after workouts, but not my wrists. I had to have PT for a knee injury years ago, and learned about how important stretching was from my therapist.

adamevegod1 yes I am definitely going to need to keep the calories lower for now until I can increase my activity. You know, you are absolutely right! I have achieved my goal in that I am living a healthy lifestyle, and it’s not going anywhere. I would like to lose more and gain more muscle, but it will all happen in due time.

Hope you heal up quick! Tennis elbow is just terrible. Developed it last year in November and still manage to tweak it and cause myself pain. Do the exercises! They help

@elsie chag thank you🙂 @CrashtestDawnie thank you, sorry you’ve had it too! I started using heat, massage, and stretching, and I already feel better this morning!
