Declared myself 'intolerant'/'allergic' to cake, doughnuts and the like recently. My stomach got put on fire with a very acidic feel to it. Strong desire to calm the acid down with more food. Did not like it. By saying No for two days made it all go away. Probably good to get occupied with something while 'detoxing' Good power and luck with it.

Been there for sure. Try loading up on things you like that have no calories to speak of. For me it's pickles, when I get a craving for sweets I hit the pickle jar first. Strawberries are also good, very filling and sweet but amazingly low in calories.
