Mid day check in! Not doin so hot again! Been a good 4 day slip now. Impulsive me struck again and scarfed down those little bite sized chocolate goo covered donuts. I’ve bought them a dozen different times, and never had one. But today I went ahead and ate 2 servings for 600 calories. Another day, no calorie deficit. Another day of cake. 😬 I weighed in up 5#, and it’s going to take me a concerted effort to make it turn around again. Especially since I’m off of work for 2 weeks. Especially because I’m a food ninja and it’s all over in 15 seconds. This was my daily struggle before I changed my WOE, and I can change it around again. Laying around watching Bolt and scarfing donuts on the couch.... dude. This was the LIFE. 😆

Declared myself 'intolerant'/'allergic' to cake, doughnuts and the like recently. My stomach got put on fire with a very acidic feel to it. Strong desire to calm the acid down with more food. Did not like it. By saying No for two days made it all go away. Probably good to get occupied with something while 'detoxing' Good power and luck with it.

Been there for sure. Try loading up on things you like that have no calories to speak of. For me it's pickles, when I get a craving for sweets I hit the pickle jar first. Strawberries are also good, very filling and sweet but amazingly low in calories.

You got this. Maybe use the little suckers as ping pong balls and hit them into the garbage can.. Exercise comes in many ways...
