I did sleep 5-6 hours my second and third day of fasting , but I did not exercise haha, you are doing great. I hope you can sleep good tonight

Hope you can get a good night's sleep. I deal with insomnia frequently. At least you get some exercise! If I can't sleep I usually just watch TV

Thanks CrashtestDawnie, Maine coon and gaelicgal. I got my normal avg of 5 hrs 18 minutes just night. Now, in looking forward to a 45 - 80 minute nap since I'm not the driver this morning. Onward.

Who cares.. you can add photos of anything via your food diary.. snacks/other’s.. then clean kc on the camera, then the camera roll to add from your phone.. just make sure the photo is edited so it’s square 😉

I was told by an insomniac that one trick is to lie in bed and tell yourself that your going to stay awake. They said it works for them - me - I have the opposite problem - can't seem to stay awake

@minitata, the problem I have is that I have programmed my self over the last 13 years to set my alarm to go off 25 minutes before I leave my house. Up, shower, dress, pack lunch and out the door. There is little room for distractions. So what happens is when I get up sometimes in the middle of the night, my mind is set on GO, GO, GO and it is hard to turn off when it is on. I am a little crazy and I'm OK with it.
