Went up .4 tenths of a pound and that is no problem as a little bit up and then down and it will be ok. I now have 43 pounds to lose and I will be fine.
193.8 lb Lost so far: 39.2 lb.    Still to go: 43.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
