I like going for runs at night because the added fear of being murdered really does wonders for my cardio.

Gym Instructor:so what’s your favorite machine to use here at the gym?
Me: the vending machine

How long are you supposed to rest between sets at the gym? Like 6 months??

Let’s calm down guy jogging from the gym parking lot to the gym.

Waldo asked me to spot him at the gym. Couldn’t do it :/.

Just had to ask the guy at my gyms front desk to open my Powerade.

I don’t need a Fitbit. I need a device that has a hand come out and slap me when I reach for a donut. That’s a thing I’ll pay $140 to wear.

If you gain extra pounds really fats, then have to move around with them, I’m pretty sure that counts as weight training. (Wow I was weight training a year before I realized I was!)

Reaches out a hand to Rosio 🤚 Lol. Kids have mini donuts sitting here. Haven’t been tempted much. Once but I saw only 3-4 left and that’s only one each for them so I couldn’t very well take one knowing I wouldn’t stop at one. So grabbed something else instead. Love jokes and one liners so thought I’d try to brighten everyone’s day with some weight loss/gym jokes for when they get up Saturday morning 😁

Sorry Troy! The cravings do go away after awhile. Or they did for me at last. The first few weeks (I do CICO) were very hard and I obsessed about food. If you’re the same you might want to avoid my posts in the beginning ;).

I think about/crave donuts, cookies, ice cream, etc. But I also think about how happy I am now and I consistently say “nah not worth it”. However I do occasionally treat myself.
