Any suggestions regarding cutting off sodas? I've been an avid one-or-two-a-day Dr. pepper drinker for... most of my waking memory and need to stop that. I'm sure it's contributing greatly to my weight.

My best advice is don’t buy them, and get them out of your house. Drink a huge glass of water with fresh lemon juice when you get a craving. (fresh lemon juice helps kills the sugar craving) And just keep doing that for as long as it takes. You might need to have a coffee here and there if it’s the caffeine your body wants. Good luck with it, it’s hard but it’s one of the best feelings when you are free of those things. Now when I see someone with a soda, I just think about how brainwashed we all are to pay money for a can of poison! 😵

Switch to Flavored Water. I was a Diet Pepsi addict & drank at least 3 in the afternoon, of course I only had coffee until noon & switched to Diet after that. I love the Hawaiian Punch mix!!
