Just finished doing a fellowship in Tucson and can say with conviction that those are some mild temps for that area! Did you start at 3am? Great job!

Thanks. And yeah, 24 ozs of water and some carbs. Lost a total of 3.5lbs during it. Small blister on my left foot but it will heal quickly. Good times!

What was your most favorite thing to do in Tucson?

I loved Tucson! I spent a month doing research in the archives of the Center for Creative Photography at the University of Arizona (they have one of the premiere photo collections on the planet).... Hard to pick just one Tucson favorite, but the live music scene was incredibly rich and diverse; think a young, unpretentious Austin. Also, great food and drink. And Saguaro!🌵See? I told you choosing was tough!

Make sure that your fluid replacement contains electrolytes. Sweat, as opposed to normal fluid loss by the lungs and skin, contains electrolytes. Replacing it with plain fluid will be dangerous over time. #sfth6
