Day 2 of 3 days of planned eating

I cannot believe I lost another pound. Now, I only took in 30 carbs, but lately I need to get my carbs <10 to get the scale moving. However, after an entire month of being at 180, yet having the mirror show massive fat loss, I believe that the losses lately are simply 'water weight finally going away'.

The plan this weekend is to keep my carbs <20. I would like to not gain ANY weight over the weekend.

The Monday-Friday fast restarts this Monday :) If I hit my goal weight it will be my last 5 day fast for awhile. I plan to switch to OMAD (One Meal A Day) and keep the carbs <20.

I think this is a good week for a few of us. I finished my 3rd fast this week, 39 hours. I should be spot on with my macro % and total calories for the week. First time meeting all my numbers. I will continue for 3 weeks total, like DEADPOOL suggested, then adjust where needed. I like the mid-week fast, it helps me increase my calories on the non-fast days, so I will continue with it once a week. I know I have to increase my activity and boost my metabolism, but first I will practice meeting my numbers. I would have never thought of fasting if it wasn't for you @adefwebserver ! Thank you!

@jimmiepop - FS cut the link to just: "bodyrecomposition.com" so that took me to the main page so I bought the books they were selling :) (you have to use bitly.com to make links that work right so you would need to use it to send me the article you wanted me to read :) The books were on weight lifting and I should read them anyway so it is all good :) - - update, I just drank 2 liters of water and I am back up to 173. But, I am still drinking water and I doubt much will be coming out the other end... But, I will be happy if I can 'hold' this overnight and at least not gain today...
