minitata's Journal, 19 July 2018

In the day I had 10 eggs, 8 or less tablespoons of butter, and 3 oz cheese. I drank water all day but had a coffee with milk before bed to help me to sleep. I did spend most of the day sleeping though after going out on Tuesday.

Your body tells you what it needs and you seem pretty attuned to yours. Interesting you had coffee with milk to help you sleep. If I had that I’d be buzzing for hours. No coffee for me after about 9am usually, never mind 9pm. It just goes to show how different we all are. Take care 👍🏻🤣

Thanks Phooka - I used to have it without milk and 2 spoonfuls of coffee, I'm adding milk and trying it a bit weakier these days. @gaelicgal we've got 3 outings next week as we've got family - Odi, Peter and the kids - coming down from Liverpool next week. In fact we've quite a lot of outings over the next month.
