Great day today, energy is fantastic!

I just made keto crackers (3 net carbs for 20 crackers and they are delicious), keto brownies (my husband loves these, but I haven't tried them yet. There are 1.7 net carbs per brownie - unbelievable), and Lemon Dream bars (I had a tiny piece, very flavorful - 4 net carbs per each square). I use these as my snacks when I am hungry or as a desert when the rest of the family wants something I do not have any more. Although, the family is starting to love the treats and sometimes prefers these over junk (yay!).

I also just tried sunflower butter and that is delicious. I am loving this new food that I can have, just need to watch the portion sizes and remember to only eat when I am hungry.
