Yes I agree, the most important thing about dieting is learning how to maintain the weight loss. It’s not how fast u lose. Is can you learn to maintain the new weight 🤔🧐😳

Rosio, agree! Most of our family are very encouraging, but (no disrespect ) it's so much easier for my husband and me to eat healthy since his mother is gone. She was the best cook I have ever known. It was impossible to turn down her food or not overeat while at her table. If my husband wouldn't have seconds, she would call him a sissy! 😄😄😄

They mean well, I know they do. My mom cooks delicious Mexican food. 😋 my mom knows she can lose my trust if I catch her putting oil in my food 🥘 food taste good without oil

My mindset is one of trading out bad habits one at a time so at one point they way I eat is just the way I eat. I don’t see myself on a diet. I’m just feeding and nourishing my mind, body and soul smarter based on my journey I’ve committed to.
