ha! i beat you in a couple. last time mine was tested. HDl = 71, total chol = 160, ratio = 2.25 :) LDL 78, Trig = 53 so you got me there.

A great measure for cardiac risk is triglycerides divided by HDL....for you it is 0.71. Anything below 1.3 is considered good. Lower is better. WTG!

Awesome! Thanks for letting me know. I really had no idea what all the numbers meant :D If anything, I really thought my liver panel would've been bad keke. I'm really stoked everything is well within normal limits. My BP was around 140/80 for a while there a year or two ago. I'm happy it's stabilized back in the normal range.
