last night unfortunately I ate a big pizza totally. First I taste a little bit.Then I ate only one slice But it was so delicious that I ate all of the pizza..It was a big fiasco..I will try again today.And finally II took 500 g. I must be careful..Today a new day.I will begin to make my diet again.I'm soo sorry about this.But everything had happened suddenly..What can I do..In fact I know,I mustn't taste any harmfull things during my diet.Because when I taste it , I can't stop...See you my friends..Everything will be good at the end..

Pizza happens to the best of us... dare i say all of us...

I know it's so hard! The biggest thing that has helped me is to not buy it. Its very hard at the store! For me it's sweets. when I have to go down the cookie aisle or bakery area or ice cream I can litterly feel the craving in my veins like a drug addict looking for a fix. Stay strong my friend!

Yes my friends.It is very hard. like a drug addict...We mustn't buy harmfull things.Because when we taste them ,we can't stop . All of us must be carefull.Today I begin again my diet..See you..Have a nice day to you..

Fats and carbs are the ultimate addiction. Add some sugar and it's off to the races. Don't beat yourself up over this. Everyday is a fresh start. You can do this!

It can happen , on occasion, and pizza is many people's achilles heel, including me..But, at least for me, to totally deny myself..i not good either and can lead to longer term failure... I use to have pizza at least once a week... now, maybe once a month..maybe not at all...I usually stay between 20 and 40 g of carbs a day.. but do have a carb up day twice a month.. if I decide pizza is part of that carb up day... I don't worry about how many carbs... then, revert back to 20 gram a day the following day..

I do pizza at someone else's house...never my own...that way I have to share and I tell them up front that I can't take any leftovers home. That way I can have my pizza once in awhile, but not eat the whole thing. Just an idea.

I've made meatza it's KETO. Ground beef with italian seasonings, an egg, some parm, some crushed pork rinds - roll it out thin on tin goil on a cookie sheet - cook at 400 till it's cooked - wipe off any excess juice - top like a pizza, broil for a few minutes. I made it last night, and I'm telling you I won't ever crave regular pizza again. It's a great substitute if you're doing the KETO diet.

single slice of pizza to go. tiny cups of ice cream, single serve or halo top only... i have no willpower on these two things. cake, not so much, i've had it get moldy. don't care. with the exception of a week or so ago, i've stayed away completely, but the voices are always calling, i think.

I will have pizza tonight. Plan to continue eating it for the rest of my life :) I do plan to only have 3 pieces of a 6 inch pizza however...

yes I can relate. I am an obsessive compulsive overeater of 'THAT' stuff. I need to stay away for it completely or admit to myself that I will devour the whole thing. Like the commercial says, "you can't eat just one"! I use to think that was a clever commercial when I was young (matter of fact it might not be on anymore!) BUT i really think it was EVIL! Maybe they admitted that it was contributing to 'nonfood' addiction and took it off! BUT tonight I've been craving 'pizza' & ground beef I think I'll try the meatza that Thenester suggested above :-)

I also ate some pizza this week and I really wasn't happy with how I felt later after eating it and even the nent morning I felt bogged down!
