You know in the past when I would get upset i would over eat because i was upset. Well now I choose to not eat at all. Welcome to day 11

Awww, that is not helpful either. It is about disconnecting our emotions fom the food - allow yourself to feel whatever you feel and try alternatives like writing a journal, exercising, taking a bubbe bath, buying yourslef flowers - anything. YOU can do this!

I will try right now i just feel sick to my stomach. tired of being treated like a kid. Just glad I am not emotional eating.. Thanks for writing to me I am just upset but i will be fine thanks friend

Go outside, smell some flowers, enjoy the sunshine, count your toes... well, maybe not count your toes... plant some seeds. After some fresh air, take a bubble bath as HCB says. Hope you feel better soon.

Hang in there & be kind to yourself. Eat well; healthy food in healthy portions, for yourself. Try laughing with your kids, breathing some lovely fresh air. You're on an amazing journey and you took those first steps. Look around; we're here with you.

I know you are all here for me and believe me I am so thankful for friends like use guys. Bubble bath sounds really good. Feeling lil better. Guess I will make my self dinner soon since I throw mine out earlier. Again thank you guys having support from you guys really helped.

Day 11 means that you are one more day towards reaching your goal. :) I like the others ideas of taking a bath, enjoying the outdoors or maybe relaxing with a good book. Take care of yourself. Everyone needs "me" time.
