Feeling really jittery the last few days. Extra energy is good, but sometimes I like to sleep soundly :)
261.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 81.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Are you consuming caffeine late in the day or is it just the increased activity that you are feeling w/ Atkins?

just treat your body like you would a puppy...go out of your way to tire yourself out!

Nope, I have a cup in the morning and that's it. I assume it's just the increase in energy with Atkins. But it's making me twitchy :) I do need to work on getting it out!

It should balance out in no time. While I love the increased energy, I haven't noticed it interupting my sleep unless its to use the restroom....:)~

Yeah, the bathroom is killer ;) It's worse at work, I have half a building to walk through to get to one. I am going to start counting the 8 times a day I make that walk as exercise!

Well my restroom at work isn't too far but they should just put a desk and computer in there because I am in it more than I am in my office. I have been known to pee 5-10 minutes after I already peed.
