Its funny when you put it all on one plate.. an d that is basically a whole days calorie intake. For me very small plates help ... like a lot!!!

@Bandrai that is my whole days calories plus two squares of chocolate, I only eat like that when I eat OMAD,and that is a small ate, only about 7 inches.
@chrisw77 it's over 1200 calories I promise lol. U culd barely finish it.

Ok @chris I can do that lol. @deadpool eat between 1100-1600 most days I had 1500 today, when I hit maintenance I'll probably have to up my carbs cuz I've eaten 2000 calories for a week and still lost lol.

@baskington @skachick if you only eat only meal every 24-36 hrs you'd be surprised what you can eat in a sitting lol.
