Day 63 of my 90-day program was really good. I am not totally back on track but getting there. I went to the store where hamburger, chicken thighs, and london broil were all on sale. I can only afford to buy them on sale, but stocked up. Mostly, eggs are a great choice for me as far as macros and nutrition for the price. Did I drink enough water? No way! Will do better today. Did I log everything? No, but I will go back in and add what I ate last night. Did I walk my 5 miles? YES>>>it felt so good.
So tomorrow is my weigh-in day, but I peeked today. I have to admit I am up 5 lbs, probably water due to I went out of ketosis by not walking, eating some carbs, and sugar in the med I took for sleeping when my neck was pinched nerve. I thought I would confess today and get ahead of it and be accountable.
