FYI Do not buy a Letscom activity tracker. It only tracks sleep after 11pm so nothing registers prior to that, the heart rate monitor was way off compared to my pulse-ox, the band broke after 10 days. Thankfully I bought it on Amazon so no issue returning it. I spent the extra dollars on a Fitbit Flex2 that I can wear swimming yesterday. Definitely their simplest one but that is all I really need and it has a very thin lightweight band that is really comfy.

I have been shopping for something like a Fitbit, but I have had trouble weighing the cost of functions I know I won't use, vs. the specific features I want. How did each of you decide on your respective choices.

Adoptspring. I found the one I bought for $28. even with generally good ratings was inferior and after the band broke it solidified my decision to return it. I had a fitbit flex the original one that was given to us by the company years ago. Mine quit charging last August, I missed it. I kept putting off replacing it as didn't want to spend the $$. I had been happy with my simple fitbit and didn't need lots of extra stuff, I mostly wanted to track steps and sleep. If I need to monitor HR at some point I have other methods avail. The flex2 is small and I have a tiny wrist, it also is one that I can swim with and the price was $59.00 most are not swimmable.
