Finding it hard to get back on track - fully. Was totally psyched that my weight came back down to where I started before vacation!! However, My calories were low two days in a row, again, not hungry - and feel guilty forcing myself to eat PLUS, tested tonight and barely in ketosis....aaaggghhh! Looked back at yesterday - no idea what the issue is...will hope for a better day all together tomorrow.

Diet Calendar Entries for 27 April 2010:

Maybe you just need to eat higher calorie foods or cook in butter or oil to add calories to your meals. I can see you aren't using real butter that might help with your counts.

You really need to add some snacks. Believe it or not, snacks are good!! If you cannot force yourself to eat every 3 hours, start adding protein shakes. They are low carb, high protein and will really help you stay in ketosis... I use zero carb isopure. Says zero carbs but as we all know, NOTHING IS 0 CARB. I get it at vitamin world, GNC has it too, but 20 dollars more! Kimm and I figured it out and it is 3 carbs for 2 scoops, so I only use one scoop for 1.5 carbs and it tastes just as good with only one. Besides there is 50grams of protein in 2 scoops....way too much unless you are a body builder... And while I love body builders, I ain't one :)

And remember, your stix are going to be different colors thru the day...read Kimm's post on that. You are doing a great job....stay strong :)
