About once per week, I journal how many weeks I have been on my new lifestyle, weight lost, weekly average, and percent of loss toward my goal. I do this to help ME remember my big picture and not get stuck on a low energy day or a temporary stall on the scale.

I am overwhelmed with the positive, wonderful and supportive comments!
Thank YOU all for your support - it is absolutely the reason why I have not given up and continue on in my change for the better.
