It is taught, and I believe that in order to be successful in losing weight and getting healthy one must "change" their eating habits. Additionally, in order to successfully accomplish and sustain a healthy WOE one must eat foods that they like and are good for them. Now for the question--how many of you eat the same thing, over a long time the same food for breakfast, and look forward to eating it, and what are you eating. I have for over four years. My breakfast is: 10 almonds, 2 tbls chia, 1/2 pack of unsweetened oatmeal, 10g vanilla protein, 1/8 tsp cinnamon, 1.5 oz blueberries, 4.5 oz skim milk, all ground (dry stuff first until a powder) and then poured over 1.5 oz flax seed and almond Kashi cereal, with two jumbo boiled eggs.

Let me hear from you.

I start weekdays with black coffee and a half a PB&J on whole wheat. Plain yogurt with chia seeds and some sort of dark berries a few hours later. Weekends are usually an over easy egg. If I'm going to put in a long run, I will have plain oatmeal and quinoa with a dash of granola. I do look forward to all of them! I miss sausage bagels sometimes.

Right now I am having fruit smoothies with blueberries, apples, whatever other fruit might be in the fridge up to 2 cups worth, 1 teaspoon fresh ginger and half a tablespoon of chia seeds sometimes. I like it - it is low fat whole food friendly. Just since Christmas, but I have never liked smoothies before.

My first meal of the day is usually 1/2 cup oats, cooked with half a cup of dairy beverage calorie countdown, 1/2 cup of water, no sugar. I serve my oatmeal with 1 cup of berries and 1 banana or half, and a spoonful of chia seeds. Another breakfast is 2 scrambled eggs, without oil, sometimes with a teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil, one or two whole-grain breads, and a quarter of avocado, chia seeds, and some almonds always go on both breakfasts

Dang, Peasy, I forgot all about the 2 tbl of ground chia that goes in the mix. I drink too much coffee, but at least it is plain.Yours sounds good.

I don’t eat breakfast, just coffee, but have the same thing for lunch every day. Spinach and iceberg lettuce salad with carrots and pea pods, sliced hard boiled egg, croutons and lite Olive Garden Italian dressing. Same snack at 3:30 pm - Greek yogurt and raspberries. Most night I have the same dinner too - taco salad with crushed tortilla chips, black beans and cumin seasoned riced cauliflower and tons of lettuce and tomatoes on top. This satisfies my daily craving for Mexican food. Also, eating the same thing everyday means I don’t have to think about adding up calories or logging food!

For the last couple of days I've had Super Advanced Isolate Protein, Chocolate Flavored (60 grams of protein) mixed with water and refrigerated overnight, which causes it to be very thick in the morning. I sip some before and after my workout.

I have been on keto 3 weeks, and had the same meals the first two. Cheesy eggs and bacon for breakfast and plain chicken. and broccoli for dinner. however, my protein was way high. I added cheesecake fat bombs, recipe in app, and wow, it is way better. Still eating same breakfast.
