Woke at 212.6, same as yesterday. Went out for a business lunch today and enjoyed the fried chicken salad pictured in the other post. UPDATE: Came home at 214.4, so the waking weight is today's low. Ate more chicken and finished my Nordic nut and seed bread. No more of that until I return from vacation!
