NSV. Since Jan 1st, I've lost a total of 19 1/2 inches in the six places I measure. Most has been in my hips, which is a minimum of 4 inches. I say minimum because my tape measure wasn't long enough to go completely around my hips when I started and I had to estimate. I was being optimistic with that estimate, so it's possible it was more. The starting point no longer matters. What matters is I can fit into smaller clothes and I feel so much better than I did almost 20 inches ago!
