OMG, I did it. I went to my first Zumba class & loved the whole hour! I sweat through my clothes (note to self; don't shampoo before Zumba, you'll need to do it after), my face was red, my hair wet, & I had a huge grin on my face! I'm going shopping for some dryfit workout clothes & a better sports bra.
This was the amazing Chilean instructor,too. The class was packed & one of the other women told me it wasn't as full as usual! It was awesome! Can you tell I plan on going again?
