Today I managed to get in 300 cruches and walk/run a mile in 14:20 not to bad for just starting to walk/run this past week. The next couple of days will be interesting when it comes to eating. We are having a county fair in the area and have been spending the evenings out there and when it comes to food choices it can be difficult. I have managed to so far so good. A little nervous coming into the weekend when my boyfriend and I ususally goes out for a nice meal. It allows makes me nervous to look at the menu and make special request. But I am learning. I have made a decision that It is time that I took control of my life and eating style so I can be around for my children a lot longer. I am hoping that them seeig me eat healthy will encourage them to do the same. I do feel better about myself and can see the process I am making. I just hope to continue. It is almost becoming to a point that If I don't walk/run or do my cruches I feel like I let myself down. I am hoping for a successful weekend and will update again really soon!!! Happy Friday!!!
