I have been walking/running for 20 minutes a day.. I try to walk a mile within 16 minutes and each day trying to bet my time. I also have been doing 300 cruches in the morning and have been trying to do at least 300 at night. I am hoping both walking and cruches help. I have kept my calories around 1200-1500 a day. And I drink around 3 Liters a day. I have found that taking a multi vitamin also helps!
222.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
