Wow.. Seems like forever since I did a journal entry.. Well I have not being doing the best/ being faithfull at documenting all my foods. I have manage to keep up on my crunches but the walking is down to 3 times a week. Not were I want to be but it is better than nothing at all. It seems the last week has gotten the best of me and has kept me pretty busy. I am still doing the 90 day challenge for body by vi!!! Which thank god somedays that keeps me on track. I am going to focus more on documentating and keeping close tabs on my calorie count and execrise more!!! I want to lose 2 pounds in the next 10 days which I think Is more than possible.. the inches are coming off know just for the pounds.. i am up for suggestions to help me lose the pounds!!!

Hi all... i have been doing pretty good keeping up walking and trying to beat my minutes when I am walking a mile.. I am starting to train for a 5K something that I have always wanted to do.. I am still losing the inches just not the pounds at this point. Trying to eat all my calories are getting to me.. It is hard to eat when I am feeling so full, but I keep trying. My 30 days of Body by VI have been very successful in losing the inches and can't wait to see what the next 30 days will be in store for me. My crunches are doing good... I am still pushing for 300 crunches two times a day some days are better than other. I do have to say I did very well this past weekend not eating everything in sight at the local county fair.!!! Hopefully I can get back on track and keep the inches and pounds coming off!!!!
