Had yet another breathing test today, I won't find out until Friday how it went though so I'm not dwelling on it too much. But they didn't ask my weight or ask me to weigh myself so I was a little off balance. They always want to know how much I weigh and the one time I really want to tell them...they don't even ask!! WTH! Although I am up a pound as of this moment. I weigh every day but I try not to take it to heart if I'm up and down just because I know I will be...the only one that counts is Saturday morning hahahaha! But I am sad that I only lost one pound last week. I can see exactly why when I look at my calendar lol but it still makes me sad. I know that on the whole I am eating better and that when I eat badly I know it WHEN I'm doing it...not after! This should make me happier than it does. I just "want" all the time right now and I feel like I'm being really deprived but then I look at what I ate and I didn't follow the rules at all! This is why I'm not losing!

I hope doctors figure out what is really triggering ur sickness so frequently, I was the same way with my tummy - looked like I was always 6 months pregnant and just recently in November 2017 I was diagnosed with celiac disease being 50 + yrs old now which my body is fighting against its self when I eat gluten ( rye,barley & wheat) so if I don’t want problems I need to be on a gluten free diet which I’m trying my best cuz I hate that feeling also being sick with intestinal pains,bloating & heaviness.. U will get healthy cuz ur on the right track eating better and aware of it as well😜

Wish to share that certain foods create respiratory problems. I hear many heal themself simply by changing the menu. Also wish to share that there are far superior options to surgery these days. Keto heals just as quick, without the damage.
