Yesterday I did alright with the desserts - had a mug of raisin bran with bananas and almond milk instead of just a sugary desert. But failed with the wine. Otherwise I did well with calories and choices.
Need to have a 1000 calorie deficit for the next 70 days to lose 20 pounds by October 3 - MY GOAL.
