Good Morning,
First things first,yesterday didn't plan out my menu too well,got caught up with other things and the end result was eating a tomato sandwich last night on white bread.I can't remember when I had wht anything but it happened and so be it.Oh yeah,also had peanut squares which I shouldn't even have gotten in too.Oh,well there are days like
this,it use to be I would feel guilty and binge specially after getting
on the scale this morning and up 2. But hey,its a re learning thing and
can't dwell so I have moved forward.It was a stressed day and this is
what happens.

Today,went for my 1hr.15 min walk before it storms,saw my eaglet who is
afraid to fledge right now,the male is trying to get him onto a branch and out of the nest.He'll do,just like I will and you will to.No not
hop on a branch LOL

Busy cooking all kinds of things today so that I stay prepare.I'll come back later and finish entering my foods and talk with you.

Doing the raspberry torte which sounds yummy.So dear buddies who also
make me feel good and give me good advice,have a wonderful successful

It sounds like your starting your new day with more resolve, thats good. Remember the old saying " the whiter the bread the sooner your dead" I havent had white bread in many many years.. :). I know when the idea hits we dont even take time to talk ourselves out of it, its like we hit a wall and don't even think we just eat..been there done that so many times. I think the only reason I havent done that this time is because I am so determined to reach my goal that nothing absolutely nothing is getting in my way. Glad to hear your not kicking your butt but just moving forward and thinking success :)

Well it is another wonderful day. A new day to move forward and not dredge in the past. A new day to get it right. And a new day to get close to our goals. Take today as the day you move ahead and out of the past. Make today the day you start your new you. You can do this. Great job on the planning.

Mary Ellen, as you told me last week, it's a learning curve. You are awesome. And you are doing so well. Hope you don't get the kind of storms we have had. Today is a bright new day, and we cannot change yesterday, we can just work on today and tomorrow. Have a wonderful Sunday. Enjoy yourself and your cooking!

I need to cook ahead so I have foods planned for future meals. Love to hear about your eagles and about your life. I screwed up yesterday and ate too many strawberries. I planned for 1/2 c and ate about 3/4 c. I don't know exactly because I didn't measure it. Sorry you had a slip too. We need to just move forward and do a little better.
