I drank a lot of water this morning already, like 5 glasses or something. Anyway, I'm going to try really hard to do this, but I weighed myself this morning, I am not going to weigh myself until Wednesday! We will see if this will happen...it's especially hard because my routine of going into the gym locker rooms is bathroom, weigh, get changed. But I did buy a measuring thing and my waist went down 2 inches? Possibly.

Oh yes! I bet it did go down two inches! Eventually the weight loss on the scale doesn"t show up as much as being smaller. Wouldn"t you rather look smaller and have loose fitting clothes than be a number on the scale???? (:
