The last of my ranch dressing made on saturday. A one huge cucumber from the farmers market. Our cucumbers will be ripe next week...so prepare for floods of "everything cucumber" meals 😂

I love Cedar's cucumber sill tzatzki (Greek dressing). Instead of dipping pita bread, I dip cucumber. Not *ideal* (2T = 2g fat, 2g protein, 2g carbs, 30 calories) but I love it!
