Curious -- you mentioned you are living in a camper and building a tiny home (you are living the life i dream of) -- how do you cook all your creative and gourmet foods? I hope you don't mind my asking.

I sure do! I have a 3 burner stove and teeny tiny oven that fits a small pizza pan, a microwave, and a tiny fridge. Its a 32 foot camper with a pop-out so lots of space really. I even have Wi-Fi and 72 t.v. channels of which I pirate from my dads house next door Hahahaha. I just got the blue prints done on my house and will begin building my tiny house in the fall. I have to save up a little more cash for the breaking ground per the finance officer who informed me the land (which is paid for) can not be used as collateral for down payment on a construction loan. But I'm seriously happy for the first time in forever.

Wow, i am soooo impressed!!! And plenty envious! That is so awesome. And your culinary creations are all the more amazing, considering your kitchen amenities!

I reckon they've never spent much time around a garden if they don't believe that :-) I love the tiny home idea. It wouldn't with the son. I would mostly like a room i could have any way i like it and an understanding that it's mine lol

That's so funny. On a similar note - a cashier at the grocery store held up a jar of pimentos and asked my husband, "Where do pimentos come from?" My husband told him they are cut up and pickled peppers. The fellow bagging, in all earnestness, said, "They pull them out of olives." =D

Yeah... Some people aren't privileged with growing up around farms. The origination of this post was becasue someone commented on a meal yesterday that "the broccoli there doesnt have leaves" then kinda made it sound like I must be mistaken. I am certainly not mistaken....lol. Broccoli has georgeous, ginormous leaves! I use the leave from my beets, broccoli, cauliflower, kholorabi, and radishes. All delicious 😋
