I have to give you credit for fasting like that. I'm stuck at 185-186lbs so I'm doing a military diet for three days. It's easier than fasting so I won't be grumpy. I have been eating two meals a day with a vege snack at noon but recently the noon snacks have been getting larger, around the 700 calorie range.( A bit of cheating too.) Looking forward to seeing your next meal in four days.

Rick: I tried that 3day Military Diet. I gained weight on it lol.
My normal cal range is 800-1200 and that diet starts you off on 1400. I tried it out only because it stated that the food combo not the calories are what gives the weight loss... I hope it works for you though!
As for the master cleanse.. easy peasey. That hard part is the headache.. I get past that and I’m golden. Although admittedly I am cheating this time around. I’ve refused to give up my tea. But I need the heat lol too cold here otherwise.

WatsonD1... I do this every few months. It helps me reset my internal clock so-to-speak. Get rid of the bad junk food cravings and set me on a better nutritional path again. I’m a food addict and tend to sink into binging behaviours.
Three days are easy enough.. I use the Master Cleanse formula. 12 days is my record. But I’m not looking to detox this time out. I just wanna stop needing ice cream lol
