76 years of age,Retired. Most time spent working around the home repairing things, making things and maintaining lawn equipment. Eight to ten hours per week in town shopping or walking around. Four hours Friday mornings repairing things at church. Seven P.M. to Eight P.M. on computer and nine P.M. to eleven watching T.V.(winter) Summer, much more active around our property. Very active and love fishing.

Constipation issues
Apparently a high protein can cause constipation. I have been eating two or three figs or prunes each day and Metamucil once or twice a week. This has helped a bit. I mentioned this to my chiropractor and he said he might be able to help. One correction and it helped substantially. A few more corrections might do it.
