3:40 am. off to the east coast again. I'll assume that I didn't gain 3 pounds of anything more than water after a very salty dinner. no scale for a week until I get home. hate leaving on a bad note, but it will at least motivate me to be good while traveling.
143.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
