Since being at my daughter's I have really been off the wagon; have continued to be off the wagon for the past few days since arriving home, but am back on today. The thing that really bothers me is that I "let go from my mind" the new challenge!! I thought I could be one of those who would write "this challenge is keeping me on the straight and narrow. I am going to lose weight this week." Can't say that, but can go back ON!!!!!!! I didn't like the past few days, making choices that I haven't since I began SBD; such as home fries, bread when eating out.........Well, it felt bad but it also felt good. Enough good and bad, I am determined again to do what is right for me!!!!!! Thanx for "listening"-reading.

To be honest gracie, the weight is UP TONIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But I am a recovring addict (food) and am going to be positive....

I feel ya. I fell off for like 2 weeks but started back yesterday. Luckily my weight stayed the same give or take a pound. Don't know how. But now my body is used to having carbs again and i am not gaining 3 lbs everytime i take a bite of something bad. so, i am going to stick fairly close to phase 2 but mostly just count calories. We'll see how that works!!

I agree with mbhpro, let it go, its past and done. Get back on track now. Remember you only fail, when you fail to stop trying. Just keep on trying over and over until you succeed!! Tomorrow is a new day and the weight will start coming off steady for you! a mistake now and then can't hold you back!
