this is getting really frustrating same weigh clothes are getting loose but no more loss of weight i just stay the same
223.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The scale is only one way to show weight loss, loose clothing (fat loss is another). It is frustrating though. Change things up! Eat different foods! If you don't exercise and can, start. If you do, change it up. Upping intensity can increase fat burn. Make sure your drinking water. Watch your sodium intake. Good luck!

Thank you for the input! i agree i need to excersise and watch my sodium - i can deff feel my clothes getting looser and that is very cool! i haven't given up the fight!
