I took a quick look at your food, and I would make a few suggestions. First, nuts are not supposed to be added in during induction. Try holding off on those, and I think your instinct about diet pepsi is probably a good one. I found eliminating artificial sweeteners made it easier to forego all sweets. Having that sweet taste on a regular basis just feeds the cravings. It is tough for a week or two, but then you get over. And it feels like you got rid of the monkey on your back, freedom! One other thing is that you don't seem to be getting anywhere near the 12 g/day of veggies. At first I was very impressed by how low your carbs are, but I think if you are skipping veggies, you are shortchanging yourself. I would also look at sodium. That can make you retain water, and that equals pounds.
I wouldn't try to tackle all of these things at once if I was you. One at a time, and give it enough time to see if it is making a difference. Best of luck to you!
