Getting back on track. Joined a gym 1.6 miles, 1 traffic light from my house. I noticed a pattern I have with exercise and better food choices. I eat better when I am intentionally working out. Working on doing things that are sustainable. Maybe 3 x a week gym, 5 salads a week, 5 plates of hot veggies weekly.

Got to mix it up. I will find my way.
