Happy Thursday, my Fantastic Followers!

So last night's V-Day went pretty well because I picked a place where I could preview the menu and could plan ahead. I stayed with my plan with one exception - some calamari my husband ordered. Darn him! I could not resist eating some of it.

And, I figured out why Kona Grill claimed there 18 carbs in their sashimi tuna - they served it with shredded daikon radish and lots of ginger. I left all the garnishes on the plate...

I had nice glass of rose wine with my sashimi and edamame, etc. I will not weigh for a couple days to let the sodium pass through the system with a water flush.

Short Range Goals:

* Movement down on the Idiot Boxes while retaining muscle by year end 2018
* Bodyfat % reading with trainer in early MAY, 2018
* Drink at least 12-14 cups of fresh water daily - especially on gym days
* Continue HIIT mixed in with weight lifting four to five days a week
* Keep up the training notebook to achieve progressive overload

Long Range Goals: 2018
*Bodyfat at 26% or less (Current 29.8%) by end of 2018
*Longer range body fat goal is 22% - which at my age is great!
*Maintain Idiot Box at 160lbs staying under goal weight by end of 2018
*Increased strength, endurance and flexibility during workouts
